  • Shapiro Training & Consulting strives to create a positive experience for all participants of learning events, and solicits ongoing feedback to ensure course content, trainers, and the overall learning experience exceeds the expectations of participants.

We also understand that there are times when participants may have a negative experience despite these efforts. We are committed to resolving these issues and believe that all feedback, particularly critical feedback, serves to improve course quality and the administrative operations of Shapiro Training & Consulting.

To ensure that training expectations are clear to all participants, please review all of the policies on this page prior to making a payment for a course.

If you believe these policies were not followed as written, or you have other concerns that you would like to express (e.g., course content, speakers, facilities, technical issues, or certificates), please contact David Shapiro, who will prioritize resolution of your concern. If you are not satisfied with that resolution, please contact Michele May, Auxiliary Social Worker, who provides additional mediation to ensure your complaint is resolved in a reasonable fashion.

Thank you so much for participation in our courses.
